Introductory Sessions

Most people start here! Our introductory classes are for students with no prior experience, or who are returning after a long break. Our goal is for you to feel safe and supported to learn, grow, and try something new. We are here to meet you where you are at.

  • Burlesque 101

    6-Week Session with Ester Pine

    Tuesdays April 21 - May 26

    6-7:30PM | $150

    This session will introduce students to foundational burlesque movements and weave them together to create a multi-faceted, character-custom, burlesque act. Each class will begin with a group stage-setting, warm up, and prep activities before learning striptease choreography. At the end of the session, students will have created their own stage name and performer identity, with an option to perform for the class on the last day. Come discover more of you, with us!

  • Intro to Ballet

    6-Week Session with Cheyanne Griffin

    Mondays April 20th - May 25th

    7:30-9PM | $150

    This class covers the foundational footwork, positions, posture, and alignment that ballet is built on. Learn the basics and the terminology to go with them. Whether you are brand new to dance or an experienced dancer looking to strengthen your technique across other styles, ballet builds the kind of body awareness that makes every class better.

Build Your Foundation

Deepen your practice & expand your expression.

Our Foundations classes (formerly Level Up Classes) focus on the essential building blocks of dance. Designed for both newer dancers leveling up and experienced dancers continuing to grow, these classes expand your movement toolkit—supporting greater freedom, confidence, and individuality on stage and beyond.

  • Splits, Kicks, & Tricks (All-Levels Flexibility)

    6-Week Session with Moulin Roo

    Mondays April 20th - May 25th

    4 - 6PM | $150

    This all-levels active flexibility class focuses on building strength and control at your end ranges of motion. Through progressive drills and targeted conditioning, dancers will improve high kicks, splits, and flexy shapes while supporting your body to feel safer as your flexibility increases. Layered progressions support beginners and challenge seasoned bendy babes. Bring a yoga mat and come build strong, sustainable flexibility.

  • Acro Dance Foundations (Level 1-2)

    6-Week Session with Moulin Roo

    Mondays April 20th - May 25th

    6 - 7:30PM | $150

    This class will build your foundational skills, basics, and tricks for acro dance. Whether you are new to acro or an experienced acro dancer who is looking to level up, this class will build and sharpen your skills.

    Over the next few sessions, this class will be held at the same time slot and is intended to progress. An Acro Dance Choreography session will be held in the fall.

  • Boylesque Foundations (Level 1)

    6-Week Session with Jovanny Hinacapie

    Tuesdays April 21st - May 26th

    7:30 - 9PM | $150

    This class focuses on mastering the boylesque basics: body rolls, slow burns, and all the classic "boylesque" tricks & putting them into a choreography. Whether you are brand new or coming back to sharpen your skills, this class will help you embody your masculine performer. Open to all levels and genders.


    This class will perform at Vaudevellingham June 15th.

  • Mixed-Level Contortion (Levels 1.5+)

    6-Week Session with Macy Smart-Zimmerman

    Wednesdays April 22nd - May 27th

    4 - 6PM | $180

    Mixed Level Contortion supports contortionists of all levels who want to build strength, control, and technique in their flexibility practice. Through drills for hips, back, and shoulders, and specialized balance and inversion work, students refine foundational shapes and explore new skills safely and sustainably. Partner shapes may be explored.

    Prerequisites:
    • Bridge w/ shoulders stacked over hands (ie. wheel pose)
    • Splits close to flat or over
    • Comfortable kicking into a handstand against a wall

  • Textures & Movement Quality (Level 1+)

    6-Week Session with Aida Endeavor

    Thursdays April 23rd - May 28th

    6 - 7:30PM | $150

    This class explores the full spectrum of movement texture: from sharp to fluid, and everything in between. You will learn how to integrate textured movement to add more dimension to your dancing and performance quality. We’ll learn combos every 2 weeks as we move through a variety of texture/techniques throughout the session. All levels welcome.
